Good news! Tabaco City Library and Information Center launches a program called TALINO.
TALINO is a program created in response to our patrons' need for library and information services. It aims to assist the blended learning system that the schools adopted due to the pandemic. This program is targeted towards students who are facing challenges in completing their modules and other academic requirements.
